True. The several price points isnt a very good idea either. The Wii was 250 bucks on launch day. No deluxe model. Nothing else. Just one price.

Probably. Its just going to confuse people. Most people will say the WiiU cost 350 bucks on launch day because that was the better product. The 300 bucks one is forgotten by most.

Bundles and having different models aren't the same, a bundle is not confusing because the hardware is still universally the same you just get added accessories or a game.

Except WiiU's $350 deluxe had nintendoland... a meh game at best. If NS has a $250 base unit then $300 with splatoon (some other digital game) plus a pro-controller, that is a big win.

and more GBs of storage and 10% off digital games and a certain color etc... Just give us 1 console. No need for a bundle. Everyone is getting pretty much the same games anyway.
