He's just referring to HDR and 4k 60 FPS. To my knowledge there is no movie released at that level of "image quality"

I remember his first interviews about how Gran Turismo will be this amazing fun racer that also looks great....Since then the emphasis becames on 'Looks great' and we have to dig for the fun parts.

I remember that quote. He was referring to that in games you can make the best ideal conditions possible while in real life most of the time it's hard to capture the best conditions and moments. 

I think he's trying to say something similar here but he would need he to expand on what he means. Kaz is the type of guy, like Kojima, that has a philosophical view on everything.
