Yup, it's pretty brutal in the beginning, specially if that freaking Eye of Chtulhu or whatever starts picking on you a lot before you understand properly how to fight bosses and not only small mobs. (boy, that thing becomes your bitch later on, you feel so damn noob when that happens, lol) |
Yup it is. I bought it in a Steam sale at $1.99 without researching it much and was like "FUCK, it's MineCraft in 2D" (I HATE MineCraft) but I kept at it, built my home, mined some stuff, got better gear, got owned by the eye of Chtulhu, found hearts, magic stars, made whips, read the wiki to see what I could build next, etc, etc... and suddenly I've invested 100 hours in the game unlocked hard mode, beat huge bosses, got tons of crazy weapons!
Signature goes here!
Still not I see, okay before I'll post it in a few hours I'll give you guys a last hint.
#45: The game has been cloned like a billion times, and I probably played half of them, with a handful of alterations here and there, but the main point is always the same; incoming projectiles are bound to destroy your cities.
Hint 2: So what you do to protect them is fire missiles of your own.
Hint 3: But aim for the warheads, the tips, themselves, shooting the lines behind them is just a waste of ammo. And if ammo's gone, you better hope your cities survive this round.
