What do you mean with that ? We need to wait 10 days in order to know by how much the Xbox One oldsold the PS4 this month. If it is less than Halo did, so it won't be able to surpass the sales of the ones who waited for the Pro.
The Xbox One outsold the PS4 by like 10k+40-50k+120-140k(Slim's launch month), did it not ?
I don't expect the numbers to be bigger than the difference between the PS4 and Xbox One in Halo's launch month.

~10K in July
~115K in August
~50K in September
The Pro has been doing rather well on Amazon and retail managers such as OsirisBlack and Abdiel have said that Pro preorders were very high.

All the pre orders of the PS Pro make it impossible to lose November. With the general consensus that the PS Pro is "draining" the sales - that affect will stop in December. Considering Xbox has no games coming out in December, and Playstation will be still riding the PS4 pro/VR they will also have The Last guardian to go with everything else. |
I don't doubt ps will win november.. I fully expect them to win. [would be shocking if they do not] but as for november.. black friday will have a huge impact on console sales..therefore, i cannot say that i expect sony to win november by a landslide..we all know how crazy MS can go during black fridays.

Neither the Pro and specially PsVR set the world on fire.
For many people a BF XOne for 250 and a bunch of games is a better deal than a bare Pro for 400
No numbers at all? Not even a hint?
Does that likely mean everything (except 3DS) is down year over year?

While they do - do black friday crazy, you are ignoring the pre orders. It was announced early September. So those are pre orders of September, October, and all the ones that will sell in November. No matter how crazy Xbox does a black friday sale - do you really think it can beat 3 months of pre orders + the regular sales of november + any black friday deals Sony does? |
Read my comment above ^. i will say it again, fully expect sony to win november therefore i don't think Xbox crazy deals will beat all 3 months of sales..
I am saying that it will be more competitive than most people on here are led to believe. They both will say really well.
Praise the One.

Nothing strange here, we already knew numbers would not be out yet. Just wait a week and we'll know all numbers. (expect 3DS, which we should have an estimate from Nintendo but not official numbers)

The Pro is the #2 best selling console for 2016 on Amazon right now. #52 while the cloesest XB1 console, Gears Ultimate bundle is at #79. Not only will Sony win November NPD, they'll likely increase their US lead more than it was before XB1 started it's NPD win streak.
