Senators - Every state gets 2

Representatives - Based on population

Votes  are reallocated every 10 years when the do a census.

I heard some analyst say something which seems pretty true if you think about it: no one ever found a way to defeat Trump, to make him look bad. If you go back to how things played out in this election, every time Trump went down on polls or had something bad happening to him was because of his own doing. o.O

I think Obama could have given him a good fight though.
