That website seems to update faster than the other ones, but why do some states immediately turn into the win color and add the electoral college number to the grand total when there's only 1% reported? Is there a secret to reading the map?

In a lot of these, they have the votes counted in the smaller counties first. So it pretty much always looks like he has a big lead.
