As much as fairy moves are far more powerful against Dragonites, given his lack of HP and CP in generally now it'll be dead before you get swinging against a 3k Dragon, as with most fights in PoGo you'll be better off just breaking out your highest CP Eeveelution or Snorlax and just brute forcing your way through Gym battles.

Yeah, I would end up doing that if I had to fight powerful teams like dragonites, but it would be nice to have mons to counter the types of enemy pokemon
