I have to go with Xenoblade. I love Zelda...very much. But Xenoblade was such a breath of fresh air for Wii owners. It's an amazing game.
I'm a big DK sellout so I'm not reliable... but I'd say Twilight Princess. Definitely. Greatest Zelda game since Majora's Mask.

OT - Sin and Punishment: Star Sucessor or Mario Kart.
Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn is the best game on the Wii even if you include the Mario Galaxies.

Wait, what's so bad about Brawl?
I haven't finished Xenoblade, but my favorite wii games are the galaxies, Skyward Sword, Punch-out!!, and Zack & Wiki.
