Pokemon Go died faster than a nat. It's a very blunt statement, but true. On mobile it works, but I don't think having games that die so quickly is a good thing for consoles. Console gamers demand deeper experiences which is why Sun and Moon preorders are blowing up.

That's a funny statement, because Pokémon GO is FAR from dead.

Um, yeah. By September, it declined from 16 million per day to 2 million and from 27 million to 700,000 in downloads. lol

This.

It simply wont have Pokemon Go, which is weirdly not an option in your OP. It will just have regular Pokemon games.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

So you're claiming it's dead then, despite being the top-grossing game on Google Play and probably being very close to the top on iOS as well? Simply because it was huge and dropped a lot doesn't mean it's dead, because it's obviously very far from dead. It has seen better days though, and probably won't be seeing those days again.

When I said "dead" I meant it figuratively and you know it. There's no need to come up with some link proving that it's actually still making money in an attempt to disprove something I didn't even attempt to prove.

No one is talking about Pokemon Go anymore. The media, people on the street... the hype is gone... it's over. IE... dead.

Nintebdo Switch will have a pokemon battle/party game(Pokemon Stadium 3) which you connect Pokemon Go with and upload ur Pokemon.

You'd also be able to use your phones 3G as a hotspot/tether but I think Nintendo knows Go is best suited for phones

I think your definition of dead is something not that many people share, but whatever. Either way, it's not worth discussing any further.

That's just down to the Halloween event, it had been in the number 3 position in grossing and in terms of app popularity it has fallen down into the 30s-40s now that Event is over those players are not going to hang about. Niantic support for the game has been non existant and the players have noticed.

Ah I see you guys already discussed this to "death" har har, but yeah it isn't always the top grossing, it lost that crown to clash of clans before halloween and regained it over the event because of incubator sales to "finish" the game
