Forums - Gaming - Ni no Kuni II (PS4) has a kingdom creation system (Also Level-5 CEO comments on Nintendo Switch support)

That is awesome. I like building things in RPG's :3

Bringing some of that Dark Cloud into this game I see. I'm guessing Ni No Kuni II wont' come to Switch. I'd imagine they'll want to give Yokai Watch a break. So...it's really a tossup as to what would be among their first Switch titles.

Oh boy, nearly a year later, and this is still all we have for details about the game since the announcement trailer. I'm hoping that maybe we'll get a new trailer and release date announcement at this year's Playstation Experience.

Thats a very diplomatic way of saying

"we currently have no plans on supporting the NS, but based on its reception we will see how it goes".

I dont think so.He did say they are going to make games for it, just not launch ones(qand probably nowhere near at that).

But even taking that out, it dosent make sense they not supporting it, because it will be the only new console that yhas a handheld side on the market going foward, and Level-5 has very successful franchises which fanbase are predominant on handhelds, such as Yokai Watch, Phoenix Wright, Professor Layton and so on.So support by then is pratically confirmed. Its more of a matter of when and how many titles Switch receives.

Edit:It also supports this, the fact that those same franchises I mentioned were always and almost exclusively on Nintendo platforms, so it stands to reason that the same fanbase will move on to the Switch, making the support of the Switch by Level-5 logical.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

Wat?

Phoenix Wright (Ace Attorney series) is Capcom.

I dig it, hope it is like Grand Ages Medieval or Tropico, or maybe a mini Civ. I mean, the kingdom thingy

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

They should bring a downgraded version of Ni no kuni 2 to the switch.

NEED. TO. SEE. GAMEPLAY.

Great!
Dark Cloud 3 when though?!
