Forums - Nintendo - Stop trying to predict Nintendo

Not only just predicting, but some people always act like their opinions are fact. If someone doen't like a Nintendo console, "Oh man this is shit, so because I feel that way then obviously everyone else must feel that way" and shit like that.

It's always fun when people underestimate Nintendo though. It leads to things like the examples you mentioned and people being so surprised when they should have seen it coming, it's Nintendo.

For someone who hates people who use opinion as fact, there are a few things here that are opinion being passed around as fact. Lol.

Even funnier still since I said most likely making everything I said not being thrown around as facts. Get your facts straight.

My post in this thread wasn't even about you. No need to get so defensive.

I don't think you and I are trying to be offensive towards each other either, though it may be seen as that way.

I'm just providing internet data, man.

If that were true you'd have posted any actual hard data in this thread before now instead of just saying 'look it up!' You're pushing your own agenda like any other user who makes a thread to 'make a point' instead of to ask a question or invite discussion, and rather transparently.

Lmao agenda, alright

are you going to tell me that people who are not gamers are excited about the announcement of the ps4 pro and a xbox scorpio

No I don't but really I don't know other people than gamers who got excited for the regular PS4 eithe;) and that thing is about as good selling and popular as a console can get.

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

Why the constant PS pictures?

That line that seperates the message from pictures isn't popping up

I am just wondering, are you going to continue to post Playstation pictures after every comment?

Yes

I'm going to give you a nice warning right here and now. Don't spam threads with a picture. It ain't funny and it isn't cute. So stop now.

If views would translate to sales, I wonder how much everything would sell.

Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

Wrong, the ps4 was all over social media and mainstream sites, shows and news. The day sony killed the xbox was a big day, unlike the day of the ps4 pro.

Here we go again talking about sales when the op is about the announcement and impact.

Well, there is no impact if it doesn't translate to sales. Maybe you mean something else with "impact" and you accept Switch won't see a different fate, necessarily, to that of the Wii U in terms of sales just because of the online discussion of it's reveal.

So then, what do you mean by impact? Mere online discussion of the product?

Yeah, Nintendo were so hard to predict that almost the entire internet had already guessed the hybrid concept! I don't mind predictions because it at least causes conversation and dialogue.

More views, more people, more opinions, so far the opinions are mostly positive, that's the impact. People said that Nintendo needs e3 to reveal the nx because then it would be difficult to advertise the thing, but they announced a 3 minutes trailer 12 hours before the reveal and the thing has more views and more discussion than the ps4 pro and xbox scorpio combined. It's not that hard to understand really.
