They need to make this thing seamless and fair, first and foremost. After this is settled, I feel that they need to focus on getting more support for the NES-Gamecube. Switch should be able to handheld Gamecube emulation fairly well. I don't think they should focus on DS, Wii, 3DS, or Wii U titles on the virtual console however. Not only would that require more engineering and technology than is already in the switch, it's just not necessary or ideal for the Switch.

At most we're getting Wii U enhanced ports and that's it on the DS and Wii side of things.

Sure, how hard is to put 5 or ten nes roms and a emulator in it? And it will grow with time, as always.

The only thing i know for sure is that this time Nintendo is preparing themselves good for this console. So yes, it will.

If Nintendo was smart it would have hundreds of games on day 1.

NES, SNES, N64, etc. but especially DS and 3DS. You should be able to basically access the DS/3DS back catalog on it.

Nintendo always likes to capitalize on their old games, so VC is guaranteed, though I actually think this won't be a day 1 thing :p

I think so. I really hope it will have all the ones from the WiiU. Releasing one or two a week is not acceptable a third time.
