@thetonestarr

You saved me 30 minutes and a trip to serebii.com . I have faith in what you say, it would seem like you spend lots of time studying your pokedex.

Pichu

not if you train your pichu to more than lv. 100 like I did

no doubt, Magicarp. its only attack till lvl. 15 is splash. then when it gets tackle, its still weak as shit. Gyarados is another story.

abra is weak too, but once again. kadabra is another story.

Magicarp easily, a lot of people have been saying kakuna and metapod, they can at least use tackle while magicarp only has splash.

^ Magicarp gets tackle ironmanDX.

You'll all be sorry for calling Magikarp bad. Because in 20 years from now, global warming will have destroyed the entire atmosphere, making all land animals and pokemon distinct. More than 99% of the water will also disappear.

However, Magikarp can survive with very little water, in fact, according to the pokedex, less than it's own body. Therefore, Magikarp will survive, while everybody else dies. Soon, Magikarp will evolve (not evolve normally, the survival of the fittest way) and become rulers of the world.

Also, it does know the moves tackle and flail (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Magikarp_(Pok%C3%A9mon)#Base_stats)

Abra does not learn any moves by itself (except teleport). You have to use TMs on it.

Cleffa's only damage attack is pound, and it has even worse stats than Magikarp.

That is VGChartz LONGEST review. And it's NOT Cute Kitten DS

Cleffa and Abra both can learn a number of TM/HM moves. Cleffa, depending on the generation, can learn between 24 and 38 TM/HM moves. Abra learns between 22 and 43, depending on the generation.

Also, in Gen 4 games, Cleffa learns Magical Leaf by leveling up.

Magikarp can learn no TMs or HMs at all.

Looking at each PKMN's base stats, Magikarp is as follows:

HP: 20

Attack: 10

Defense: 55

[Special: 20]

SpAtk: 15

SpDef: 20

Speed: 80

Total: 200

Cleffa:
HP: 50

Attack: 25

Defense: 28

SpAtk: 45

SpDef: 55

Speed: 15

Total: 218

And Abra:
HP: 25

Attack: 20

Defense: 15

[Special: 105]

SpAtk: 105

SpDef: 55

Speed: 90

Total: 310

Put simply, there is no comparison. The facts say it straight-out right there. Magikarp is the weakest PKMN, period. It's a fact, and one that the games even state. In FireRed, its PokeDex entry is as follows: "t is virtually worthless in terms of both power and speed. It is the most weak and pathetic Pokémon in the world."

I think we can put this officially to rest, now.

OBJECTION! Magikarp learns Tackle and Flail. The weakest Pokemon is Abra, as he is one of the few who (without evolving or using an item) never learns a combat move. Even Kakuna, Metapod, and the like learned tackle in their earlier forms.

But Abra with Psywave, Seismic Toss and Mega Punch is one of my main 6!

 Using TMs shouldn't be discounted.

both of you are right.

if you discount TM's then its Abra, but if you include TM's then its magicarp.

Problem is, you can't discount TMs. They're an integral part of the games.
