I would not be suprised is a newer model dock were to be released later with an extra computing chip later on to allow for 4K gaming without replacing the entire console.

Holiday 2017? It would make the March release make a lot more sense.

I think that settles it... No additional GPU and etc inside it...

Well that was confirmed quickly. It was obvious from the preview trailer but for those less technically minded there's the confirmation!
