Non Legendary: Swampert:This pokemon is a water ground type.Which give Swampert and advantage already. A water pokemons weakness is Electricity and Grass. Being a ground type means that your are unaffected to electricity and have a super effective move againist it. Being a water type means that Swampert can learn an ice move (Ice Beam) Ice is super effective againist grass which fends off (not completely) the grass types. Therefore Swampert is the Strongest NON Legendary Pokemon.

Dragonite - and all Dragon type pokemon are really weak against an Ice type move and generally, Ice type pokemon are faster. A Glaceon would wipe the floor with a Dragon type.

IMO the best non-legendary Pokemon is Kingdra. No weaknesses except Dragons and it has a cool moveset.
