I haven't played the MP yet, but I have completed the campaign and the only issues I've noticed is some levels have a lot of pop-in. Other than that the game is solid.

they found a bug? wow, that is really something, wonder what will people do when watch dogs 2 comes out.

Not really sure what your point is. Sounds like your more concerned having a pop at me. It's a bug that will be patched that you can't even noticed unless you go through frame by frame. People are blowing it out of proportion and Battlefield only started to get big in 2010 with the new approach of multiplayer focused. Yes the franchise existed before that but was never as big as it is now. Now what the fuck has posting on Digital Foundry got to do with this? Do you just spit something out half arsed and hope it sticks. Quote me taking stuff out of context on these Digital Foundry threads or stfu! |
No pop involved, just stating a fact. People are joking.
Yeah, BF is bigger now than it was earlier. Doesn't mean it wasn't a big franchise back then. It was always a big PC franchise.

I can see the jokes and I can see people blowing out of proportion. I'm not a fucking retard.

Well, that's the idea. :)
I personally do notice the resolution drop, but once you are immersed in the game you tend not to notice subtle things like that... Plus they do it in a way where the change is pretty granular anyway, a drop from 1080P to 720P is a big one, but if you drop it to 900P, 800P and then 720P, it's not nearly as jarring.

Apparently some of the Multi-player trophies/achievements are bugged and not popping for people. Fortunately I haven't started the MP yet, already unlocked all the SP trophies.

even the absurd drop to 90p was so fast that a lot of people didn't even noticed.
