I prefer physical but only because if I bought digital all the time I wouldn't have any space on my HDD. people buy a lot of games and generally keep them so there's simply not enough space to make a move to digital only. Games nowadays take up tonnes of space on a HDD.
If consoles were to make a digital only move then they'd have to come with minimum 3TB Hargrove space.

Never ever buy a game digital on day 1.


Digital becomes cool 3 or 4 years after the release of a console when actual good games sell for 5-15$.

One of the main reasons i buy digital is for the box art lol.

As mentioned before, UK poll so it's going to be a leaning towards physical disc anyway. Digital (PSN and Live stores) are a joke for prices.

Unless there is a way to exchange or at least refund easily purchase from digital and costs are lowered, physical will always win.

Not me. Screw discs! I like jumping from game to game with the press of a button. I don't even have to leave home to buy them. I can't go back. The only thing I miss is looking on my shelf and seeing the beautiful box art.

Should this be surprising? I don't think so.

I prefer physical yet for psvr I downloaded a bunch of digital games, cheaper, got to have it now, manageable download and install size, and swapping disks is a lot more difficult with the headset on :)

Yet I will never buy TLG digitally, physical copy a must.

I for one still cannot choose digital over physical if given a choice. Ultimately, I don't have a sense of ownership if I just own digital. Now, if digital were my only option and I really want the game, yes. I have a number of digital only titles on my PS3 and did not hesitate to buy. I would still prefer having a physical copy, but having a digital copy on the HDD is pretty convenient.
