Which of the three Pikmin games to date is the best in your opinion, and why?

Pikmin 3. It simply does everything better, from control scheme, to gameplay mechanics, to graphics (well, duh). The only problem regarding this game is its length; aside from that it's pretty damn flawless.

Pikmin 3 ALL the way! Granted Pikmin 1 was the breakthrough which had it's effect of introducing the charm of each element that makes you love it. Pikmin 2 had multiplayer that everyone keeps telling me about.. sounds really special. But neither one make me the huge fan that I am now. With the update that added stylus controls, Pikmin 3 made a believer out of me. I love the experience I had *heart pidder padders*

I really like the expanded features in 3 as well as the co-op missions

..but since I haven't played that game enough, my pick will have to go to 2

Pikmin 3 is one of my favorite games of all time.

About the same as Plat. I enjoyed Pikmin 3, but not enough to give a good opinion on it. I'll go with Pikmin 2.

I havent played Pikmin 1 or 2, sadly. But I think I would like Pikmin 1 the most if it were longer. At least from what I've seen. So... Pikmin 1 > 3 > 2

I have played parts of 2 and beat the first and third game and I like the first the best. It felt the most focused out of the bunch which was probably due to it being the first in the series but I liked it more because of it. Plus, the whole time constraint thing was more intense.

I'd put Pikmin 3 at a very close second though.

Pikmin 2 für mich. Es ist besser als 1, und nicht sehr kompliziert wie 3. Außerdem ist Looie mein Lieblingspielerer.

Pikmin 3 wins for me, followed closely by the first...
While Pikmin 2 is by no means bad, I found the multi-level underground stages to be wayyy to slow and tedious...
The above ground parts, as a result of the heavy underground emphasis, felt rather lazy...
