I have played parts of 2 and beat the first and third game and I like the first the best. It felt the most focused out of the bunch which was probably due to it being the first in the series but I liked it more because of it. Plus, the whole time constraint thing was more intense.
I'd put Pikmin 3 at a very close second though.
