5. Wait for Scorpio/NX
Yes, I'm holding off on XBox One S waiting for Scorpio. Has nothing to do with ps4 pro.
4. Buy PS VR
That's a reason for buying ps4 pro...
3. No UHD Player
Don't have 4K tv
2. Mid-Generation upgrade
Could have used a slim as my kids use the launch model and its hdd is full, pro is a better deal.
1. Need of an 4K/HDR TV
Don't need, see 2 and 4.

From the 5 reasons he said in the video (as listed by NeoRhodes, wouldn't give this shit a click) none of them really sound like logical reasons to not buy it, the fact that it is a mid gen upgrade means you get the power of a newer machine while also retaining 100% backwards compatibility more or less with all ps4 games to date, lacking the UHD player means literally nothing to people who don't use their console for playing Blu Ray even and even less for those who wouldn't be going from Blu Ray to 4k BR discs.
Buy psvr as point 2? I don't even understand this, what about if you don't have a PS4 console currently is this video suggesting that you buy the vanilla ps4 model for €100 less just because of the things ps4p is missing? like the UHD drive.... which the PS4 doesn't have, or the mid gen upgrade... which obviously the ps4 isn't or is this person suggesting that instead of buying a ps4 or pro... you simply buy PSVR and leave it on your desk without a console to use it with, until there is a model of the ps4 which has a UHD drive and somehow isn't a mid gen upgrade to use this ps4 accessory with? lunacy.
Was this video in fact uploaded by Don M himself?
Please.... no
Also the point about "wait for the NX" so rather than go with the PS4P this person would rather you wait for a console he literally knows nothing about, so the uploader literally thinks "anything at all" > PS4Pro, that is pretty extreme.
Why not check me out on youtube and help me on the way to 2k subs over at www.youtube.com/stormcloudlive
I don't trust people who think there is more than one reason to buy or not to buy something.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
I will hold off for an NX. I already have a PS4 that can play every game coming to PS4Pro, but the NX will have a new library all its own as it is actually a step forward for Nintendo.
Mid gen upgrades would have to be the most pointless waste of money I have ever heard of. I will not be supporting this garbage business model. I passed on the NEW 3DS so I will pass on Pro and Scorpio as well.

5. If I want Playstation games in the best quality... can Scorpio or NX help me there? ;)
4. PSVR buyers need an additional PS4 model anyways to use it. And the PS4Pro seems to give the better PSVR experience than the old PS4 model and the additional costs ($100 - $200) are reasonable. So it is more a reason NOT to hold off on buying a PS4 Pro when you are interested in the PSVR.
3. Valid argument... if the main reason for a new console is watching UHD movies instead of the games
2. Sure, if you are patient you can always wait for the next console revision / next console generation / next price cut / next successor of any hardware component. That argument ain't exclusive to mid-generation upgrades.
1. No, you don't need a 4K/HDR TV to get improvements compared to the other PS4 models. Better image quality (rendering in higher resolution + downsampling to 1080p or more/better effects/shadows) and/or framerate improvements (60 fps instead of 30 fps in some games, same fps but less slowdowns in other games).
I didn't expect a video like that to come out from PlayStation Life Style.

5. Have zero interest in Scorpio, like to see what Nintendo does with the NX though.
4. I won't be buying PSVR for at least 2 years.
3. I don't even watch regular blu-ray, so that is irrellevant to me.
2. It'll be at least another 3-4 years for the next console, so I don't mind
1. Plan on buying one this holdiday to go with my PS4 Pro.

Only real reason for me to hold on would be too see how loud console is and it will have some heating issues or some hardware problems.
