The game you are thinking about is probably Outlaw, although Gunfight was pretty much the same if I remember correctly.

Enduro on the 2600 is one of my all time favourite racing games. Racing in the fog at night was a real test of the player's reactions. I'm going to have to disagree with people that have fond memories of Pitfall though. It was one of the most popular games on the system, but it was boring as hell.

 OMG, hero, that was a guy who had near cyclops from X-Men powers just short of range, as soon as you mentioned it i remembered it. I remember that gam being really dam hard too.

Anyone remember defender? (I think it was called that) Were you are a little space ship flying over cities with little aliens crashing into them??
