He is doing that exactly. He isn't discussing his own plans or strategy. He is just trying to poke holes in her plans.

This would be comical if it wasn't so important. Moderator needs to control time constraints and rules better.

Actually, he did. H e spent like 80% of his 2 minutes by talking about the jobs going overseas and company moving jobs and then he answered the question for like his last few seconds. He said something like he wants to reduce the taxes for the buisnesses so they can come back and create jobs.

How much of Clintons two minutes was Trump trying to interrupt? did he not get any talk before to let him know that he would get a time to talk himself?

I find it annoying that Trump was questioning Hillary Clinton like as if he's the moderator when he's not.

But he isn't really discussing his plans in detail. He is talking about how things are doing downhill then his plans are glossed over in the end.
