I can see Mario Maker 3DS being on par with Wii U, but a little less.

Woolly World will definitely sell less.

If they do some nice deal like

"If you have already bought SMM on the Wii U, get the 3DS version for only half price on the eshop"

Or do a Mario Kart 8 (get 1 game free out of these choices)

In keeping with prior 3DS console ports like Hyrule Warriors and Donkey Kong Country Returns, I expect both games will sell less on 3DS.
