Let me just say that I respect freedom of opinion because what sets us apart as human beings is that we can think and process who we are and on our own. But legalism is the bane of society. Laws are suppose to protect so we can progress. Am I saying Valkyrie Drive is progression? Not at all. But what I am saying is that we all live by a set of rules or morals. If "you" have the right to employ your morals on a society via legal means, then so should everyone else. By then, you could do nothing because everyone is offend by something.

Bottom line is that it's just a game. Get over it.

Artistic expression doesn't just mean conforming to what someone likes or finds agreeable. Don't like the game? Don't buy it. We have ratings for a reason, just make it 18 or M and let people decide for themselves.

Age of consent may be 16 but anyone younger than 18 is a minor and pornographic matiriel of a minor here is illegal even if its a drawing, animation etc. 
In the case of fiction they must not only be 18 but look like they are 18, so no 4000 year old fairy girl that looks 6 doing porn.
