Age of consent in Germany is 14 and in Australia it`s 16 (mostly). So they may not even need to do that...

Age of consent may be 16 but anyone younger than 18 is a minor and pornographic matiriel of a minor here is illegal even if its a drawing, animation etc. 
In the case of fiction they must not only be 18 but look like they are 18, so no 4000 year old fairy girl that looks 6 doing porn.
