I meant now the vita version is skipped (I tend to write not instead of now, for some reason). Thanks for the update, sucks as well, as I will always choose the more affordable option, and vita generally is that.

Vita and PS4 versions of Cyber Sleuth was the same price here in EU but even though remote play exists so I could use the PS4 version on the Vita while at home... I still picked the Vita option just to be able to take the game to work with me and enjoy it on the go instead of being limited to the couch (or in range of my PS4's wifi)

I dunno it's just given the option between freedom to play where you want or 1080p I normally pick the option which would let me take out my gaming while sitting at work/break/cafe and enjoy some of it on the go, it's why I'm really hopeful for some of the NX rumours to be true, but... rumours just be rumours and all that.

I like freedom, and pricing. I am very sensitive to pricing now that the CAD gaming prices went up compared to my PS2/DS collection, where I was the opposite but the CAD was really good. I think I got Cyber really cheap, and really need to get back to it, but I would have picked this up as well on the Vita.

Pardon my ignorance but "CAD gaming prices" ?

And yeah I would really recommend completing the Story of Cyber Sleuth, it was so full of content I was certain that it would be very short given how much story there was in each chapter, was blown away by the games length considering how it was basically a full season of a Digimon TV series rolled up into a fantastic game package.

(Just if you are going to play it, know you don't have to spend as much time on the optional missions to find Digimon belongings unless you are aiming for 100% trophy completion, I spent hours doing those and they aren't exactly super fun... they're okay, but only Okay)

CAD means Canadian Dollar, similar to USD means US dollars. During 2007-2013 prices were exactly the same between USD and CAD, majority of my excessive collection is form here. However now CAD is similar to AUD, which means games are getting expensive. (Not as bad as AUD gaming prices, but getting there).

Oh right my mind was completely in the wrong place, I think of CAD as Computer Aided Design lol because of the training centre I work in.

What seems to be left out of the OP of this thread is fairly important, it's shown in the title but not where that info comes from.

Yeh, to be honest I thought this thread had died, it keeps getting weird random bumps.  I'll update the OP.

Yes :) What do you think - Cyber Sleuth 2 (with the same CS1-characters,) someday ? Jimmy was so crazy. And i like the maincharacter and Kyoko Kuremi. But for me personally, the end was not good enough.

Great is - Digimon World Next Order has german(and other)-subtitles, not english only = )

I hope Cyber Sleuth 2 is PS4 only because bigger budget>better environments, more assets etc, I played on PS4 and you could tell it was a Vita game.

Imagine with cel shaded graphics like Guilty Gear Xrd!

Even as a Vita game is still done a fantastic job of recreating some area's of Japan imo, I know they were smallish buildings compared to the real things, but they still gave the impression of the real places I felt while playing.

Some of the street recreations in Cyber Sleuth were just spot on to their real life counterparts, was cool to see the Sega building and the Arcades with the Tekken machines upstairs in Nakano Broadway too, felt like playing a game based in the real world and not just another video game, having the real posters on the wall from another game broke the 4th wall in ways for me, in a great way.
