As a crow eater from the last bet I definitely want redemption. But to make this less complicated and bring more people in, you should center it around 1 big question.

For example, Nvidia vs AMD tech is more the topic, because nvidia is linked to hybrid or mobile, while AMD is connected to a regular home console. So it already covers part of the form factor naturally. What it ultimately ends up, ie tablet, console etc should be left as a "bailout bonus" question, like to reduce the sentence if you get the main wrong lol.

No one has really brought up desktop nvidia pascal (too expensive?) and no one has really mentioned the raven ridge mobile from AMD (too far away). So again, if you keep the question to just AMD vs Nvidia I think you'll have more people willing to take the bet.
