Wiimote isn't a controller. I dont think OP meant include the Wii.

I never owned any Xbox, so for me it's:

Wiimote + nunchuck > Gamecube controller > N64 controller > PS controller > Snes controller > Megadrive/Genesis controller

How in the name of all logic do you not consider the wiimote a controller?

For 3D games 360... no contest at all (with exeption of FPSs... there the mouse rules)

For 2D games Snes but there wer other good ones as well.

Keyboard+ Mouse is only good for some games. I will go with wiimote&Keyboard/Mouse>Gamecube>XB360>DS1,2,3>N64>original Xbox> Snes>Nes>Anything else.
