Lol it's kinda funny how by giving out NX systems as prizes, contestants officially don't even know what the prizes even are.

I was thinking about this too. Nintendo helps Pokken and Splatoon competitive scenes a lot, while ignoring, albeit not completely, the Smash scene.

My theories are they feel Smash doesnt need their help (Melee already made it huge), or PM was a real offense to them.



Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

The good thing at the very least is that it will be after the recent PS4 slim and pro reveal. 

 

And how it seems like Nintendo is talking with apple. Who knows what other collaboration they will do regarding the NX.

In terms of game releases? I'd say so. But in terms of jippos, tournaments and stuff like that. Not at all.
