I won't have time for it. There are a lot of games that will have my attention this and next year. 

I'm getting one. And keeping my old PS4 too. Fun times.

As I had already planned to get a second one before any news of the Neo existed, getting a nice upgraded version of the PS4 is a welcome bonus. And they kept the $399 price point, so no-brainer for me.

If I was in the market for a 4k Blu-Ray player, which I'm currently not, then an XBO S sounds appealing.

Amazon has 165$ trade ins.

399 - 165$ = 234$ to get the Pro (if you trade in).

Not bad, certainly better than Gamestop. If it stays around that trade in price into October then I'd be willing to make the upgrade.

And none of them are Days Gone, Last Guardian, Horizon: Zero Dawn, Persona 5, or Spiderman?

I mean, I get that Breath of the Wild will eat up a lot of your time; it'll do the same to me. But you won't play any of those games? And if you were going to, why not upgrade your PS4?

I mean, if you don't have a UHD, I can see that, but I'm getting the feeling that you're one of those posters that says they were going to get it were it not for a single failing, but never truly intended on doing so.

I desperately need a damned job, especially after reading the glowing praise from Digital Foundry.

I've already preordered my PS4 Pro. I can't say I'm not a little bummed out about the lack of 4K Blu-Ray support, but I'll just use my XB1S for that, while PS4 Pro will continue to be my gaming hub.

Oh, God, I'm going to have to start selling tricks again aren't I.
