Makes sense that they would wait as PC gamers might buy it without putting money back into the PS ecosystem and we dont know if the headset is profitable by it self.

Attack the PC market?.
Like how do you control an open market like PC, bend it to your will and herd it into a closed environment?. I just don't see them Single–handedly winning the entire PC market overnight if at all.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
