Agreed. I'd like to see a Mario game with her in a prominent role, rather than just a Kart or Party game.

Rosalina was great too...mostly because she was one of the few characters in Mario to get an actual backstory. And holy crap it was a good one.

I definitely think she's too similar to Peach, and it's the reason I don't think she deserves her own spot in Smash Bros, at least not as her own character. I'd be totally fine with an actual Peach alt. costume that replaces her orange color pallete, so instead of having a regular color swap you'd have Daisy herself as an alternate, just like we have the Koopalings instead of different colors for Bowser Jr.

We need professor layton in smash...

but the person was right. they're too similar to have Daisy deserve her own spot in a game such as smash. If they give her a personality, then it's a different thing. currently though, only way I could see Daisy reach smash, mk, or anything else is by being a skin of peach
