Yeah, it seems like it. It's odd we haven't heard anything about it until that bundle pic but they'd have to have the marketing rights to use the box art (as far as I know.)

They've also had NHL 14 (PS3), NHL 15 and NHL16 bundles for Canada in previous years. The NHL17 bundle is also Canada exclusive, although it always could find its way to the US is some ways.

I know here in the netherlands we have a yearly fifa bundle with ps4's Ive never seen NHL I think ^_^
No clue how they arrange the making of the bundles, but ps4 has many :P
