PS4 slim is dead in the water. There is not much reason to buy one when Pro's price is so close.
Xbox One has another month, it will probaly winevery month until Scorpio launch.

More like Sony is gearing up fo a new COD bundle to replace this one. |
Oh yeah, definitely, I'm sure they stopped manufacturing the Black Ops bundle months ago. Whatever Amazon has now is likely just the reserves they had before the Slim released. I fully expect to see an Infinite Warfare slim bundle this holiday.

Wait what? Are you saying you think the XB1 will win every month until Scorpio launch? Including this month? Or did I read that wrong?
And why did you say the PS4s is dead in the water? I think when Sony stops the OG PS4 BO3 bundle the PS4s sales will rise. Time will tell of course but those are just my thoughts.

Yeah, I think he meant the pro launch, as otherwise he has the One winning the next 15 months or so in a row.

Every month!? Good lawd I think I just saw pigs fly. Slim is lagging but it will move up when fatty arrives and especially with a ps4s COD bundle.

But still that would mean he has the XB1 winning this month as well when most of what we have seen points to the exact opposite for this month. And how could he confuse the Pro and the Scorpio? That's why I had to ask because I didn't get what he was saying at all.

LMFAO, the irony is strong.

Unless Amazon is wrong for once, PS4 takes September.
"xbox one...., it will probably win every month until scorpio launch"
I dont know what to say... thats a bold prediction.
What about the month PS4pro sales are added to the NPD? or FFXV (which sells like 10 times as much on sony side?).
Stuff like that wont make any differnce in your opinion?
The way I see it:
Sept - PS4 won it, amazon says so.
Oct - Xbox has a chance. Could go either way.
Nov - PS4 takes this, PS4pro. + Call of Duty infinate warfare bundles.
Dec. - PS4 takes this, Final Fantasy XV has released and its impact is bigger on sony side.

And this is one of the games they were giving away with it: https://www.amazon.com/ReCore-Collectors-Xbox-One/dp/B01GW907Y6/ref=zg_bs_videogames_79 I'd say that's beyond desparate and entering the realms of stupidity. There's going to be a huge crash in XB1s sales come Q1 of next year. This is why the PS4pro is actually one of the smartest moves Sony has made in recent history. While MS are trying to devalue current gen consoles, Sony has infused the market with value and enabled them to keep a decent top line. People make me laugh when they go on about Sony not having AAA games for Christmas. This year they're relying on hardware and AAA multiplat deals to carry the torch while similtaniously giving them selves a huge arsenal of AAA first party games and console exclusives to kick Q1 off. Couple that with the slowing down of XB1s sales as we get closer to the Scorpios release and we could be looking at one of the biggest slumps we've seen in years. And here's a prediction: Christmas 2017 WILL release a AAA first party exclusive or two, and we'll see a $50 price cut across the board. It could be more but only if Sony decide it's necessary. |
It will be interesting to see how Microsoft will market the Scorpio, will they do like Sony and market as a more powerful Xbox, or will they market it as a next gen Xbox despite their "Beyond Generations" thing ?
If they say that Scorpio is a next gen console, they would lose a lot of sales, but it would not matter when they are a few months away from Scorpio, like on E3.
