In fairness he calls the vanilla ps4 the fools edition so he spreads his sarcasm to both.
I do not know the source of the spec joke as I disappeared for a bit from this site but I have seen him name the ps4 fools edition for sometime and I haven't personally seen someone get ban angry over it. Unless I'm missing something it doesn't seem much different to me.

BTW no one seems to get the joke, so I'll explain it even if it kills it.
A lot of people were really excited about the Scorpio and some were already talking about how it's going to murder Sony even though it releases a year from now and all the information we have about it is a spec sheet.

oh, I figured that's why it was called the spec sheet because it makes sense. The best humor is based in truth, I think, which is why the ps4 "fools" edition was funny.

I fail to see how that's bait and not a joke. You obviously don't find it funny but I don't see how that makes it bait anymore than the fools edition. He is just being silly with particular skus.
