@ Kingofwale: What's the problem?!... The editor who wrote the review obviously isn't serious about that! It's just hard to express how you feel about a game in words so he has to choose words that have more impact on paper! This game is awesome trust me. i been playing 2 player all day with a couple of my friends and its so much fun, it gives a new meaning to bragging rights!

altough defending in the game can be annoying at times, the options that you get in attack make up for it. its about doing a pin point 50 yrd ball and scoring a half volley, my best goal of the day!

 I think he was pretty damn serious about it. The seriousness is indicated by giving it 9 in "lasting appeal".

 This thread is dedicated to talk about the review alone, you can't possibly expect people to NOT judge the review in any questioning way.

Bought it on Friday.

And yes, Pro Evo is for life, the reviewer is right. Even if you have only one game of the PES series, you will play it for years.

Déjà-vu wish for next iteration: More licenses, please! Come on, Konami, you can afford them. Full licenses in PES would leave EA‘s FIFA Soccer in the dust.

Damn you VG chartz.
Saw this thread and thought I've got to get it.
So I went to town and did just that.
My day of gardening has been put on hold because of this game.
It rocks.
Defending is a bit poor, but other than that, wow. Going to take a while to master, but I think it's worth it.
Online - Played 1 game (lost 4-2!) no lag at all.
