I know that Dark Souls wont be getting any new game anytime soon(though I do believe that after a good 5,6 years, they will make a new entry), I dont remember seeing anything about not making a new bloodborne, specially since it was a big success and it is a Sony IP.To be honest, Bloodborne 2 is very likely.Or did Sony(or From Software) said something about it?

Bloodborne 2 (or at the very least two more DLCs) needs to happen. The Cainhurst stuff just kind of cuts off and is never really finished. Will Annalise have that baby? What the hell is going on with that Yharnam dreg? Why bother letting you propose to the Vileblood written if she's just going to say no (and for that matter, make it so hard to get that ring in the first place)?

Lots of loose ends.

That said, where is Demon's Souls 2? Or that remaster? Will we ever go to the land of giants?

To be quite honest, I find the story and narrative of any souls or bloodborne game horrible(lore is good though). Not only it is filled with holes, it also dosent explain alot of stuff. Not only that, the narrative is horrendous. For you to actually understand the story, you need to read descriptions of the items, or just outright guess sometimes. Its fr4ustrating, but I guess thats another whole different discussion.

But yeah, Bloodborne 2 needs to happen.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

I do get you with the narative and story of the Soulsborne series. But, do take note that it is a new and unique approach to storytelling. Aren't you sick and tired of spoon-feeding the story for you? For me the Soulsborne series gave me a whole new light in reading deep inside the story of the game.

Like in Dark Souls, you are led to believe the the whole "Chosen" Undead thing is your typical chosen hero save the world kayfabe. Only to find out that Gwyn was so obsessed with his Age of Fire that he did not want it end. If you look at the game straight forwardly it actually ends normally to a casual... But if you are a fan of the game, THEN it leaves holes for the imagination.. That is what miyazaki wanted, he wanted players to interpret his game. Thus, Dark Souls to be a REAL RPG, where you can roleplay and set your own lore and interpretation.

Yes it is! And much better than the sequels.

I love Souls-style story-telling, or lackthereof, really. It creates a sort of community to come together and research a topic, while also not involving people who aren't interested. Just go check out Vaatividya's channel on YouTube, it's nucking futs.

Some of the hardest bosses in the game (Sanctuary Guardian, Knight Artorias, Four Kings) I beat in one shot. Of course, Ornstein and Smough was the hardest for me. Man, Bloodborne was so, so, so much harder than this game. Anyone who says otherwise is delusional.
....

Nah, this is just because of playstyle and the fact that it was the first of these types of games you played. You've not played unpatched Demon's Souls, which is the hardest out of the lot IMO, but I'm not gonna lie the first hour or so of Bloodborne as I got used to it was brutal (and amazing), but after that it was a complete cake walk, with only really Bloodstarved Beast being a challenge due to the poison and missreading his grab and trying to parry haha.

Anyone who thinks the hardest Soulsborne boss is anyone but Orphan of Kos is delusional.

Holy shit, there is practically no downtime to heal.

Nah unpatched Flamelurker or Maneaters are hands down, Orphan has too much room for parry bait, and thus trivialises him. I was actually amazed when I went online afterwards and saw people seriously struggling, beat him on my second try after getting the timing down haha.
