Yea but the i7 was there to relieve any cpu bottleneck cause the main gain in relative performance they can measure in PC is the GPU... The point of their videos wasn't so show what the actual framerates are gonna be but rather how much of a gain the Neo could have compared to the ps4... Hence why they used an i7 so saying the Neo will be 60fps cause DF put an i7 in there is nonsense...

Now don't get me wrong, I would love for it to be 1080p 60fps, specially since how much I whine about it but until we see the actual specs, I won't get my hopes up based on the rumored hardware...

Probably false I doubt they'd hold an event like they did in March if they weren't fully sure they'd make the September date othewise they'd look like a complete circus.
