This tells us EXACTLY what we need to know regarding handheld vs. console. In my eyes, there is one of each, and by the way this looks and sounds, the handheld is further along than the console and may be released first. AMD should be the console, and the Tegra would be the handheld. Now if they could just release actual information so that I could confirm my suspicions that would be great!
