That was proven false quite some time ago. It was altered to make her look bad. In reality she didn't sound great because of how intensely she used to dance, but still not that bad.

Not necessarily. We don't know if she can sing like that any more for the simple reason that she hasn't sung live in like a decade. Only a few verses here and there. As I said, the vast majority of singers can't dance as much as she does and sing at the same time.

So what matters is if you like the way she sounds on her album. If you don't, that's fine. It's subjective anyway, but those videos have been proven to be fake. That's all I wanted to point out.

Great, another overproduced autotune album with 2 good singles in the middle of a mountain of shit, I really don't know why people support this woman so much, her lack of talent is just too obvious and her albums are like injecting plastic into your veins, if wasn't because she work with some of the best producers in the world she would be nothing at all. And that's coming from a huge fan of her 2 first album back in the day, I have to give some merits to Blackout though, that album is pretty decent despite the plastic overdose.

Yeah well, that's what people with bad taste or ignorance on the subject usually wants to believe honestly.

Of course is subjective, almost everything in this life is, but when it comes to music/cinema/literature there is way less subjectivity than some people want to believe, is certainly not by chance that the more quantity and more diverse music a person listen through their lives, the less they like this kind of overproduced empty plastic music, but if you want to believe there is no objectivity when someone says Pink Floyd is better than Justin Bieber, then go on.

Yeah, people cherry-picked some of her bad performance and wanted to make it look like she can't sing. But EVERY singer has his or her bad moments. Now I could present you countless YouTube Videos where she sings like a goddess, but I don't feel like it. But just for you, one of my favourites:

Life experiences, the more music a person listen the less they like this kind of music, that's why things like One Direction are succesful, they target people with a huge ignorance in music that have heard only the typical songs from the radio.

I don't think Britney music is all terrible, as I said she has a decent album and a bunch of great pop singles, but most of what she does is pretty bad and she is nothing on those songs, nothing, an extremelly autotuned voice, anyone could make her work and those songs would still sounding the same, if only she composed them (and by composed them i don´t mean to write 2 sentences in the whole song, I mean the music too) then it would be more acceptable, but she don't even composed them... so what's Britney? Nothing, she is absolutely nothing, yet she has a gigantic support when there are way more talented musics around there that nobody listen to.

Britney wrote all songs on Britney Jean and from what I heard, she also wrote every song on the new album. Sure, she gets help, there's a whole team working on the songs, but it's not like that would be something unusual. She doesn't compose music, she's a singer, not a producer, but she does have great influence in the whole process of making the music. More than ever before. Back when she worked with Max Martin, she had nothing to say at all, she just sung whatever was thrown at her, with some minor exceptions. Today that's a whole lot different. She chooses who she works with and she tells people what she expects. Kinda like Shigeru Miyamoto or Hideo Kojima. Those guys also don't do too much coding, yet they have an extreme impact on what their games look like in the end.

Look, if you don't like Britney (or her newer stuff), that's fine. But music is completely subjective in the end. You're not a clever person just because you listen to Mozart all day and can name every single note or something. People who like to listen to Dubstep aren't stupid, they just like the sound of it. Also I seriously don't know any person who is solely listening to one kind of music. I like pop, I like it a lot, but I also love to listen to some Megadeth, Manu Chao, Bob Marley, Bruce Springsteen, Eminem and oh so many more. Sometimes I feel like I want to listen to some serious lyrics which get me to really think about something. Sometimes I prefer angry music because I'm mad at someone or something. And then there's Britney where I just feel good when I listen to the music. Love that voice, love that sound, nothing you could do about it. If that qualifies me as an idiot in your opinion, so be it.
