Capcom are alright in my book. Could do some things better and some worse. Just like most of us.

Yes, Capcom is better than nothing, but cholera is also better than ebola and I don't want either of them
.
Please excuse my bad English.

Ahhh, Capcom. I still consider it one of my favourite companies out there, when it comes to games. Even if they've had some terrible business practices over the years, and the way they handle some IPs is basically questionable, I am very fond of most of their software, if not pretty much everything except for Monster Hunter.
I'd say Bosman settles for low, here. He does have a point overall if we consider the consumer's perception and view of it, but I'd give Capcom a bit more credit than that, even if I could understand why people are dissatisfied with it.

I'd say 6th gen Capcom was on par with 3th and 4th gen Capcom. We got games like Resi 4, Resi Remake, Viewtiful Joe, Okami, Devil May Cry 1 and 3, Mega Man Zero and others.

7th gen Capcom was really good as well, and I'm not sure why it gets so much bad rep. There's Resident Evil 5 (take it or leave it), Ace Attorney, Lost Planet, Dead Rising, the HD remaster of Okami, Street Fighter vs Tekken (plus Street Fighter IV), Tatsunoko Vs Capcom, Asura's Wrath (sucks about the DLC though), Remember Me, Ghost Trick:Phantom Detective, the Strider remake and Dragon's Dogma.
I wished they'd bring back a few of their more successful fighting titles. Rival Schools and Star Gladiator mainly.
Hmm, pie.

7th gen Capcom was definitely better than 7th gen Sega, 7th gen SE and others.
