It could happen, but it's not only a question if they want to make it...maybe they want, they want to make a sequel with the original team, like they do with ff vii remake, or how much money the want spend for a sequel, an aaa project or like star ocean...but SE has many great old ip's that could be revived and i don't understand why they don't do it, think of vagrant story, xenogears, threads of fate, parasite eve...

Xenogears probably won't get revived due to Takahashi being at Monolith Soft, Parasite Eve did get revived for the PSP but it wasn't all that good and I can't say much for the others. In regards to Chrono, they would have to make a new one with younger devs like they are doing with Mana since getting Sakaguchi back would be a tad bit difficult.

With xenogears you will be right, but for parasite eve i think the could try a sequel for home consoles, even if psp version wasn't that great... For the new mana game we will see...i hope they deliver a great game, that deserves to call it Secret of Mana 5 and with the 25th anniversary next year they have to announce it this tgs

There was actually a while back a rumor about a potential reboot for Parasite Eve. I don't know how legit it was, but I can see SE giving PE another shot on consoles.

Would be amazing, maybe in the future, i don't think we will see more than one game announced at tgs from SE and that will be new MANA game

None of the items on your "very pssible" list have a good chance of being there. Those are mostly really big games, and rarely if ever do publishers release new trailers for massive games at TGS. FF7 will be at PSX and DQXI will have its own press conference.

But, i do believe that Japan Studio will unveil its new game at TGS. Very possible it's Wild ARMs. The director already confirmed a couple of years ago that he's working on a new WAs project (or smth of that sort).

Hype.

Yeah, I can't wait until TGS begins to see if Mana will actually be there.

The console market in japan isn't the best at the moment, and i think if they want do better they have to show everything they have at tgs, but nothing is for sure. But seeing all the games i put on the list, would be a big help, because i think they don't have the time now to wait...

TGS has become more and more irrelevant in Japan as the years go (in terms of announcements and reveals).

You'll have the annual Sony TGS conference which will reveal several new Japanese games, but that's it really. A shame because we really need more quality Japanese games on PS4.

Most Japanese developers have started revealing their new big games at E3 (Bamco with DS3 and DBX2, Squeenix with Nier and FF7R, Capcom with RE7 etc.)

But hey, Sony's conference will be amazing as usual so we'll still have that.

That's right, tgs were better some years ago, but last year wasn't that bad, maybe this year will be again a good show. And maybe tgs lost importance last years because developers hasn't much to show (developers in japan had really a bad time with ps3 era), but i have the feeling that sony is trying to change this with the ps4. Has sony already announced there own show this year?

Tgs should be the right place to announce it, i'm vey confident it will happen there

If Square Enix is serious about winning us back, then they will announce it. I do wonder if they'll ever make another Chrono game. That's the only thing missing right now!

square enix is exciting. but a new chrono game.. no chance, i think. Maybe Project "Setsuna 2" ?
