@Tavin: Swimming was sorta metaphorically implied. I will be swimming in the niceness of another new home. I'm basically going from a 7 year old 1100 sq ft home to a being built 2530 sq ft home. So it's that extra space that will allow me to swim ;)

I brought my Wii back out last night, I just need to hook it up now. I'll do that tonight or tomorrow afternoon once the house inspection is done. So I'll hopefully get a few brawl games in on the weekend.
