Yeah this is building up to Adventure 3 i bet but i don't really trust Sega to pull that off especially since the non Sonic and Chao parts of the Adventure 1 and 2 have aged poorly.

There's likely a 2nd announcement later tonight looking at the schedule. This seems like a side project for sure, not the game they've been developing for 4 years. There have been too many Sonic Adventure 3 hints this year for it to not be in development.

yeah Sonic fans are very strange even for Fanboy standards but i do hope they remain skepetical of what gets annouced cause they've been burned by Sega so many times.
