Forums - Gaming - 3 years have passed, how do you still RATE The Last of Us?

On par with Uncharted 2. What it lacks in charm, it makes up for in its gritty tone.

I still have issues with the immersion breaking stealth antics of Ellie and the slightly too linear level design. Graphics, gameplay, takedown, crafting and shooting still hold up.

9.6/10

3 years already? Wow, time moves fast.
I'd say the same as I did back then, which is around 9.5/10 or so. Still one of the best games I played for PS3.

I still rate it as an average game with no structure.

It's still holds its place as my second favorite Naughty Dog game (behind Uncharted 2). I have yet to play the remaster that was included with my PS4 but I'm looking forward to it.

Signature goes here!

3 years isn't long enough for me to have changed my score, 5/5. Not perfect - no game is perfect - but it is phenomenal.

I think of it as the best game of the last generation and one of the best games ever. Absolutely loved it. Rebought it on ps4 and platinumed it, so had to play the multiplayer a lot to get that. And I discovered an awesome online experience I wouldn't have otherwise bothered with if it wasn't required for the platinum.

As a very empathic father, I can never make it past the opening scene.

Just nope.

Still an outstanding game which I can pretty much play whenever and always enjoy it. I'm still hoping there's going to be a sequel even though a lot of players don't want it.

It's strange because when i first played this I wasn't a father. I now have a 2 year old daughter and that scene at the start hits me hard compared to how it did when I was childless. Also it makes me really like Ellie a lot more even though I thought she was a awesome character first playthrough.

How would you define "no structure" in this case?
