This game looks so great. I'm so excited. It will probably be the game to finally make my PS4 purchase worth it. It's going to be tough to be avoiding spoilers for 5 months though :(
I don't think I should make another thread to ask this and since this one's filled with obvious Persona fans, it's a good a place as any.
What's the main draw to Persona? How does the game work? The internet loses it's mind over this series so what makes it so special? From all the gameplay I've seen from the series it doesn't look much different from other RPGs.
The music from that opening has piqued my interest.

If you've played Tokyo Mirage Sessions it's kinda like that but more mature and a bit more challenging

It's hard to find one reason which makes Persona series unique from other RPG. There isn't lots of RPG which takes place nowadays (it's hard for me to find any other than SMT series).
1. Game is mix of great strategic battles and normal student life,
2. Tons, tons and tons of stuff to do, when u are not figthing shadows,
3. Unique plot full of deep problems of common world,
4. Very well written characters and dialogs
5. And for Persona 5 especially..... this amazing SWAGG xD
Give this series a go. U can get almost for free PS Vita TV (aka PS TV) and but Persona 4 Golden.
The style of this game is beyond superb, it must have the coolest looking menus and UI ever, the overall artstyle and the music are fantastic, this game looks just great.
