Tifa, without doubt. I thought she was a great character. She was designed to look "hot" and athletic but she was actually kind of shy and conflicted. She was down to earth, very loyal, and she had a strong sense of responsibility. One of my favorite Final Fantasy characters, period.

I will have to go with Tifa. While her bewbs are slightly too big for my tastes, she is the hawter chick regardless! Some may say... She packs quite a punch!! Huehuehue
