Don't know if this has already been discussed, I'm still pretty new here.  Did a search and didn't see anything.  Anyway, I was wondering which Nintendo RPG franchise you guys think is their best?  Nintendo has several RPG franchises, but which one holds the crown in your opinion?  Why do you feel this way?  Discuss.

Side note:  To those who are wondering, Xenoblade is still just a little young, in my opinion.  I don't really see it as a "franchise" just yet.  I included "other" for this very reason: Maybe some people might disagree with my logic and want to say Xenoblade, so I decided on "other."  Hope that helps.

I'd say Pokemon, but it is in need of a revamp. Pokemon X/Y were good starts, but they need to fundamentally change some things. It definitely is the most polished of Nintendo rpgs.

After pokemon is Earthbound, a game polished for its time, but relatively unpolished today. Nevertheless a masterpiece in my opinion. I want a 3D Earthbound game. Watching the footage of the unreleased Earthbound 64 makes me sad. It looked great.

Then Fire Emblem, Paper Mario (for its history; today's games aren't that great), Mario & Luigi in that order. I do not considered Advance Wars an RPG nor an SRPG. It is a turn-based strategy game.

Hugh, It's a tough battle between Pokémon, Earthbound and Xenoblade (never really played FE, but I'll try out eventually) , I'm gona go with Pokémon due to the feels and the competitive aspect

3 - Pokemon
4 - Golden Sun
5 - Paper Mario

I love Advance Wars but don't think of it as an RPG. Xenoblade would be the worst one.
