This so much!
(You'll love 5's comedy, I'm sure).
Btw, Ratchet & Clank made me laugh a lot, so I guess that counts too!
Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

Undertale and the Ace Attorney series are the titles that immediately jump to mind. Okami had some pretty humorous moments as well.

The game that made me laugh the most was The Bards Tale by a landslide, amazing humor! Second place for South Park the Stick of Truth

Kid Icarus Uprising and South Park: Stick of Truth
- Borderlands 2 + all the dlc, especially Tiny Tina's expansion.
- Brütal Legend was my kind of comedy :)
- Tales from the Borderlands
- The Bards Tale
- Obviously South Park: The Stick of Truth :P
Many of the old point 'n click adventure games were funny too.
Original Monkey island series, The Neverhood, Starship Titanic and Grim Fandango were very funny.
Dragon Age: Origins had some great dialogue and also some unintentional comedy. (Characters still naked for quest reason, completely blood spattered, time for a serious conversation, don't mind the sword clipping through my breast)
Both Portal games had me chuckle along as well.
The Simpsons: Hit and Run and Fantasy Life were pretty good.
