This game has just been released in Australia, New Zealand and Japan and all I've been seeing on my Facebook is everyone talking about it, seen people at my work walking around playing it, people on the bus playing it. I've never seen this for any of mobile game, i played it briefly but didn't like it, the casuals are loving it tho.

Imagine if Pokemon reaches Red/Blue sized popularity again.

I'm enjoying it so far. I've already caught a bulbasaur, pidgey, weedle, caterpie, mankey, nidoran f, and ratatta and found an egg.

Ah, the wild days of Pokemon. Too bad I missed them :P

 

To be fair though, it's still pretty popular. At least it didn't end  up like  other popular franchises( cough cough yugioh and digimon cough)

12/22/2016- Made a bet with Ganoncrotch that the first 6 months of 2017 will be worse than 2016. A poll will be made to determine the winner. Loser has to take a picture of them imitating their profile picture.
